GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Answer the questions that tend to slow customers down before checkout.
Still have a question?
Made for everyday cleaning. Made for South African homes.
What does the faucet filter do?
It screws onto your kitchen tap. Tap water runs through a filter cartridge that traps sediment, rust and loose particles before it reaches your sink. The housing is see-through, so you can watch the cartridge change colour as it catches dirt from your pipes. It is not a certified drinking-water purifier.
Will the filter fit my tap?
It's made for kitchen taps with a screw-on spout. Not sure about yours? Contact us with a photo of your tap before you order and we'll check it for you.
When do I change the filter cartridge?
When the white cartridge looks brown or the water flow slows down. How quickly that happens depends on your water. Every filter kit comes with 4 cartridges.
Does it completely remove stubborn dirt?
The rotating action is designed to help tackle dirt and grime with less manual scrubbing. Results can vary depending on the type of dirt, surface and cleaning product used.
How does delivery work?
All deliveries are 11-15 working days. Free Delivery for all orders over R600.
What comes with each Skrubs bundle?
Each offer is designed to make choosing easy. The Skrubs machine set includes the machine and the five cleaning heads shown in the product imagery, along with the charging cable shown for this model. The filter bundles add the filter faucet kit and four cartridges; the Double bundle includes two machine sets plus the filter kit. Please check the contents listed on your selected bundle before checkout.
Do I need to keep it plugged in while cleaning?
No. Once sufficiently charged, you can use the scrubber without keeping it connected to a charger.
